Our company is seeking 2 motivated individuals to join our exclusive team of Insurance Agents in our Ketchikan office. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork. Successful applicants will need to be flexible, highly organized, and able to multi-task. Previous experience is preferred but not a requirement. We’ll train and assist you in obtaining your Insurance License. The ideal candidate will be prepared to take the insurance exam within 90-120 days of their hire date. The State of Alaska will not issue an Insurance License to anyone with a felony charge involving dishonesty or theft.
Position Details – We are looking to fill a Commercial Lines Agent position & a Personal Lines Agent position. There are many opportunities to grow. Salary – starting pay is between $12-17 per hour, and there is a pay increase after passing the licensing exam. Work hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday. The company provides health insurance, paid time off, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
